Appaulling service

I am highly frustrated with the poor service received from Takealot.

I have been waiting for my delivery since last week , I received an SMS stating that my delivery will be delivered before 17H00 on the 27th August until now I am still waiting for the parcel.

No communication whatsoever regarding the delay on my order , yet when I track the delivery it shows driver is out. Another thing that bothers me is I have to be the one who constantly does follow ups. I was told today that my parcel got lost, what the hell????

Can someone please urgently advise what is going on.
