Appauling Unprofessional Service from Takealot.com - None Delivery of Item

I had been a long time client from Takealot.com and they were in the past reputable with their Supply Chain Management. Until Recent

I had purchased an item on 30 November 2017 for a substantial amount R7900. Seven (7) days later, today is 7 December 2017 I had still not received my item.

This is the worst part:- 1. There is no Telephone number advertised in order for you to contact a Support Personell to talk to, Therefore you at their mercy to log a request and hopefully they will call you soon. 2. I spoke to 11 different staff thereafter and they all say the same thing - they will follow up with the courier company and get back to you. THEY DONT GET BACK TO YOU. NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHERE THE ITEM IS. PLEASE PEOPLE - BECAREFUL OF TAKEALOT OF RECENT.
