Appauling service rendered to me

I have never in my life received such appauling and disgusting service from takealot, I ordered a phone on the 25-02-2021 and the phone was lost in THEIR warehouse which is THEIR fault and then I make a million calls to make sure i get my phone on the 02-03-2021 as this was when it was supposed to be delivered on the first order I made, I then sent an email to a consultant (I won't mention the name) I fully stated that my order muat NOT be canceled as I want that phone and then a few minutes later i received and email saying that my order was canceled as it was lost in THEIR warehouse, I have been doing this up and down for the longest i can remember, today i still havent received my order and I'm being told everyday that it will arrive the next day (there have been some impressive services rendered by Gail, Kurt and Sivanesan where I saw a change in the status of the phone ordered) however takealot process to good customer service has been appauling and I'm saying this as I work in customer service and i have never rendered such appauling services as I would NEVER want to be treated this way EVER, I was promised a same day delivery for my phone as its THEIR mistake however im still sitting making phone calls to takealot to arrange my delivery, you consider yourselves as world class but your services say something different
