Appauling Customer and Delivery Service!!!! I DEMAND MY REFUNDS!!!!!

Where do I start? If its not incorrect items being delivered, it's refunds I have to run after them for. Pathetic, appauling service!!! I spoke to Buyi or Vuyi the customer service agent who's service was beneath poor. I ask her for a reference number for my query she couldn't even give me one. My query was not even logged. I'm still waiting for her email. Her service was appauling. The lie.

Mind you, this is after 2 returns of incorrect items delivered of which I'm still waiting for refunds.

When I want to request my refund to my bank account, their dumb system doesnt even allow me to insert my own acc details. Instead I have to call in, waste my airtime and wait for a dumb email requesting my acc details after waiting on the line for 20 minutes!!!!!!!! They can't even refund to the original tender like other online outlets. I'm sooo done with takealot. What a joke.
