Stove paid for on the 30th Dec

Defective stove delivered 4th Jan

Communication via Takealot exchange of stoves to take place 6 Jan

No pick up or delivery

7th Jan defective stove collected. Courier company not aware they needed to exchange

To date many empty promises with no sight of new stove

You have my money plus my defective stove
