Apparently Signed & Delivered yet I am left empy handed and clueless!!!!!

I’ve been waiting 2 days for my delivery that showed delivered on wednesdays the 25 March 12:43.... only I have do parcel????? With no communication via SMS or E-mail... when I go on to the app to track the delivery, it says my delivery has been delivered. But I did not even receive my package!!!! We are a small office, ouside of town and 1 security gate with 1 guard. But no one here knows of ANY Takealot parcel delivered to here. How can they let someone else sign for a package without proof of identification or proof of the order number!! I’m seriously disappointed! It is a couple thousand rand and I cannot even cancel as it shows DELIVERED! I’ve tried phoning since wednesday lunch time, but due to the virus, no one is able to take my call. I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply. I do not even know who signed for it or where to start looking??????

I hope takealot can sort this out and that I receive the package that I’ve paid for!!!!

If they want to do good during this time they need to be part of a highlight, a positive peace or a solution, not add to stress, damages and disappointment.
