Appalling services from Takealot

I ordered a baby carrier and formula for a child and received the formula but instead of a baby carrier glucocheck was delivered, a completely different product. Take a lot is not helping with this, nothing has been updated online regarding their error and the pick up point in Pietermaritzburg Willowton rd is refusing to receive the wrong item received and I have no idea what I am supposed to do with it.
