APPALLING SERVICE & TREATMENT FROM TAKEALOT

Appalling how Takealot treat their loyal customers!!! I have been ordering from Takealot for more than 15 years and have referred many friends and colleagues to them. No longer! Service has been going downhill steadily. My order placed on 22 Dec was supposed to be delivered on 28 Dec..never delivered and then rescheduled for 29 Dec..waited whole day at home! To my shock most of my items were cancelled without any notification and Takealot decided for me which items they will now deliver on 5 Jan 2021! YOU GIVE UNPROFESSIONAL A WHOLE NEW MEANING!!!
