Appalling service regarding my return

Logged a return for a printer on the 19/02/2022. Its now almost 2 months and my query is still not sorted even after several mails back and forth regarding them checking where the delay is and so forth. The only mails I ever received was that they apologize and they are trying to find out where my printer is. I eventually ended up buying a printer from another retail store and could not wait any longer for mine to return as it was over a month now so I insisted on a credit which was approved about 3 weeks ago. Till today the credit has not been passed and I have received no feedback whatsoever on when I can expect my money. Absolutely shocked at the service that I have received from them for the 1st time ever. I only purchase from them because of the convenience of having issues like this sorted out quickly.. Guess I was wrong...
