APPALLING SERVICE PATHETIC

I am so DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED with Takealot!!!!!!! its the FIRST time i purchase with you i pay the order got here fast BUT its the WRONG ITEM!!! it is not what i paid for or what i had ordered!!! i then log a return then i get an email stipulating that supplier sent the incorrect item to your warehouse??? and that the product will be deactivated as the seller does not have the product originally advertised???

if this is how you do business and treat customers as your client service call center was of NO HELP! and only infuriated me more!!!!!! then good look as companies should value ALL clients (customer are whom pays our salaries at the end of the day) no clients NO PAY!!!!! appalling
