Appalling service from Takelot

I bought a tablet through takealot over two weeks ago and I’m told it got missing in transit. I’ve have since been waiting for a replacement delivery to be scheduled.

I sent a message via the takealot app which was never responded to until I called yesterday (09 June 2022).. When I spoke to them yesterday they promised to give me feedback on the same day, if not, within 24 hours. The 24 Hours have lapsed and no feedback has been given yet.
