Appalling Service From Takealot.com

I purchased a Gizzu 60W DC 65Wh Mini UPS from Takealot as I work from home. 10 months later the product only has power for around 30 minutes and then switches off. I processed a return and replacement on 15 January 2024 however it took Takealot and the supplier over a month to process such. I eventually received the replacement product on 19 February 2024 to my surprise the product sent to me was not the same value as what I purchased. I called the call center and spoke to someone who told me they were going to call me back after they do a search for my product in their warehouse however that call never came. I sent emails to the people i was dealing with along the way however never got a response. I now have a product that is less value to what I purchased and nobody is doing anything about it. This is pathetic service. From the first day the after care support is appalling. I urge people to tread carefully when dealing with Takealot. I for one was ******.
