Appalling service from Takealot.com

This is by far the worst experience I received from takealot, I ordered items on the 11 August 2022, according to policy of take alot the longest they take to deliver is 5 days, I received a message from the courier that they hired on the 15 August 2022 to inform me that they will deliver items, 10 minutes later a message arrives to say there has been a delay, since then I have never received any feedback regarding my ordered items, the worst part is that I have to call using my airtime waiting on a call list to receive a response for my items, by far the worst service ever from takealot and another thing is they request that u pay online, no longer cash on delivery which protected the client, once they have your money, they hire shoddy courier services and dont follow up on them. I am appaulled at this service.
