APPALLING SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

Its been officiallly a week since my order has been delayed with no sign on when it will be delivered. I have been following up with them since last week instead they give me very vague answers and no actual indication on when my order will be delivered! I am so disappointed because I had to make arrangements to work from home instead from the office so I can be available for the delivery . However , my arrangements went to waste because they keep rescheduling my order . There was a reschedule of the delivery EVERYDAY with no proper answer as to when I will actually get my order . This is appalling and *********** . I am never ordering anything from this company again because everytime I have order , I encounter probelms like this!
