Appalling service from takealot

I placed an order and paid for it in full on the 24th March and on my app it reflected that the order would be delivered by the 30th March. It didn't arrive and when I called on the 31st I was told it would be delivered on the 1st. It's still not here. And I have never received an email or sms from them confirming that my order would be delayed or anything. Am very annoyed by this. Appalling service
