APPALLING SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

I ordered three items recently from takealot. They deposited my Fridge in the middle of my small kitchen and refused to fit it into the alcove. When I opened the box to look for the other 2 items, I found my flash drive and iPad mini 6 Folio Case, BUT NO PEN HOLDER. They refuse point blank to send the pen holder unless I return the separate Folio Case. It’s sold as a set. As it took them a month to send a replacement vacuum cleaner, when the new one was overheating last year, I refused to return the Folio Case. They are *****ing, as I have paid for the set of a Folio Case and PEN HOLDER, which I have not received. Appalling service from takealot!!!
