Appalling service from Take a lot

I have placed order on 21st oct with an indication that we would get an instruction to pick the item up on the 28th as it was my son birthday. This did not happen and eventually ordered a different item so at least i could have a present for my son and paid for it. It is now the 21st of November 2022 and i have heard nothing from Take A lot team. I am now in arrears for my account for this item on my Pay flex. The last picture on the website still shows you can order today and received the item tomorrow which is a complete lie.

Take A lot has not even bothered to call me and refund my money for the item they clearly cannot supply. I am being made a fool here and will therefore publicize the pathetic excuse of a service. TAKE A LOT NEEDS TO CANCEL THIS ORDER AND SORT OUT THE OVERDUE AMOUNT ON MY PAYFLEX ACCOUNT. PAYFLEX ACCOUNT is under SHN Makoe
