Appalling Service from multi-million company

Very bad service and appalling, ordered perfume from them and the perfume was not even close to what i had been ordering prior,it smelt like a totally different brand,however takealot states they cannot return nor exchange,since it has been used- yet the product was returenes the same say of being delivered and only sprayed once to smell the perfume. How was i supposed to smell the perfume is what i want it to be if im not supposed to spray it.??? Now i have to pay for something i cant use??? Soo disappointed and would never recommend anyone to buy beauty products here
