Appalling service from dilevery driver

Am 😡😡😡 with your delivery company. I recieved a message that you will deliver today before 5 . They don't call to notify me that they are on their way to deliver as I was not home. They shout at my gate, my daughter went out to let them know that mom is not home. They forced my daughter who is 9 to take the parcel which is a 30 l stove what nonsense is that, in their records who recieved the parcel 😡😡😡😡😡
