Appalling Service

I've been ordering my vinyl from Takealot. All my items showed ordered before 10am and same day delivery. However, after payment was made, delivery was 3 days later. This is deafening! This is the second time that the item looks nothing close to what I ordered on the website. The robotic responses is not helpful at all. I've requested to replace the item however, the item is just returned. You should definitely have a contact number, for customers to get hold of you.
