Appalling service

I received the wrong order and I had to wait for the deliver to submit that it got delivered before I could log a return. I tried to find a number to call but failed. On Friday I received an email from a Bot, after going to a process, on Monday I get another email telling me to send bar core etc whilst my request is that the wrong order to be picked up so that I may get a refund since the Bot told me what I originally order is out of stock. Quite a bad user experience, may I please get my refund back and you send someone to fetch the wrong things you delivered.
