Appalling Service

I would like to express my disappointment and complain vehemently of the unsatisfactory level of poor service we, (My son and I) received from your company on September 17, 2018, onwards. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard, unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

As per the above-mentioned order number, we ordered a desk/shelves combination from your company, on September 13, 2018, only to realize that part delivery (Shelves) was delivered on September 17, 2018. Only upon assembling the item, we discovered that the desk was missing and immediately phoned your company, telling the sales assistance (Babalwa Naku, Fareeha Abdulla, Hawa, Tardik, Nelisa Matanga, and Zandile Magadla), at your call center about the ordeal, and nothing was done about it.

There were talks and promises (as per emails from them) that this would be resolved, and after 8 days later, much to my disgust, we are still awaiting positive feedback about the additional desk. We do not want to return the item, as we only want the desk to be delivered, however that couldn’t be done as well. My most recent talk to Zandile Magadla on the morning of September 20, 2018, who acknowledges (as per her email) that this would be resolved and call me within 24 hours., I am still waiting as the 24 hours deadline has surpassed.

I feel that the services, that these STAFF members offer is atrocious and that they would require further rigorous training in “managerial/sales s****s” for them to deal with the public, in a more professional manner.

We have been loyal and satisfied customers for over 5 years and all it takes for 1 incident, like this, and, I am totally dissatisfied with the lack of services, thereof rendered by your staff and would refrain purchasing any items from yourselves online, hereon.

I kindly ask you to resolve this problem asap and I really do hope you handle my case in a top-urgent priority and provide an adequate solution fast. I have always found your products to be good and it surprises me that such an unfortunate incident has occurred, and I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.
