Appalling service received. Delivery is made to be so complicated and even when you request for assistance, nothing is done about it. KaylenV firstly doesn't read and just responds with a generic message, then Kgotso calls to resolve and apologize, commits to sorting it out, but nothing happens. Was forced to have the package left at the guards house where there's no guarantee that it will be there when I get home. Order #***.
