Appalling Service

I am deeply disappointed with Takealot's lack of commitment to their business practices. The customer service agents seem disinterested in addressing any concerns, and my recent experience has left me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied. They altered my delivery date without any prior notification—no emails, no calls. To my surprise, when I checked on the scheduled delivery day, I discovered that they had canceled it altogether.

Not only did they charge me for the delivery, but they also redirected the funds into some kind of wallet without my consent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through calls and emails, no assistance has been forthcoming. This entire ordeal has left me feeling deceived, short-changed, and utterly disgusted with the service provided by Takealot.
