Appalling service

I ordered wooden braai set with apron they delivered flammable kids swimming pool , i need my order ASAP as it has to be at work by tomorrow morning for secret Santa , I called customer service they couldn't assist i am still sitting with the incorrect order , incorrect order number and contact details ,I NEED MY CORRECT ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ASAP
