Appalling returns and exchange

I ordered a yoga set in white on 24 April 2026 and received my delivery on 26 April. I notice I received the item in blue. I logged an exchange for the correct colour with takealot. I received the exchange. The product sent to me was the very incorrect product I returned. I logged an exchange for the 2nd time and logged a complaint with takealot. I received the product again. Lo and behold I received the exact incorrect product. I now have logged an exchange for the 3rd time. I’m appalled at the level of service. Are the staff able to read or identify colour. Perhaps attending grade R should be a prerequisite for being employed at takealot.
