Appalling Refund Service

I am a loyal customer and placed an order expecting to receive my goods in a decent condition. This was not the case as the quality was so poor I had no choice but to log a return, 10 days ago. The return was declined and to date I have not received my goods or my money!! Come on takealot, be better!
