Appalling & Poor Customer service

Takealot has poor customer service. I bought 2 sets of CCTV units and the recorder was defective in the other set. All cameras have already been installed at the properties. I'm battling with Takealot to exchange the defective unit. I logged a return and they collected the defective unit (recorder) and now requesting all cameras removed and returned back in same condition. The CCTV system requires assembly(Internal Harddrive) and installation on property and there is no way the unit accessories will retain its original integrity. I approached the Takealot with a view to have the recorder exchanged not even considering a refund and the company representatives I have encountered have shown an unwillingness to assist and replace the defective unit. To install these units is costly as u need a technician and to have them uninstalled with no guarantee the CCTV unit will be replaced. What kind of service is Takealot offering. Takealot is only concerned with sales and not service. This company needs to be reported and exposed for what they stand for. We spend our hard-earned money to purchase product on their platform only to suffer financial losses. I'm sitting with camera system on the property that is not operational and a company "Takealot) which is not willing to assist.
