Appalling horrible service from Take a lot!!!

I purchased my phone at take a lot,the phone dpeakers abruptly stopped working without any damage. They took it in for repairs a month ago and i have been sent from pillar to post ever since,with no resolution to the matter. My cellphone has very important information that I need to run my day to day life, I run my business from it,so having to be without a phone indefinitely is totally unacceptable and calling to speak to *********** agents who have no clue what they are doing and being put on hold for long amounts of time still with no recourse.
