Appalling customer service and wrong items

Poor customer service! This is the 6th time we have ordered and either they cancel the order or they delay it for weeks! This time we told them to cancel the order and credit the account on items (which were double the price than in store) and they magically had the item and shipped it, only for it to be the WRONG ITEM! Will never use them again and i cant wait for Amazon to come so i will take my business to them. Disgusting.
