Appalling customer service

I'm not sure what happened at Takealot or who resigned but definitely something is amis. Lately, when they have stuff on sale you will be lucky if it gets delivered at all and then they are quick to credit your Takealot account before confirming with you. The customer service really isn't much of help either to be honest. They have to get authorisation for any compensation resulting from the inconvenience caused by them only for them not to bother to come back to you without feedback. They need to put their house in order. They really have dropped the ball over the years. Its a shame.
