<p>Hi;</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed order ********** using your iPhone app via credit card, this was on 11th December 2016.</p> <p>the date now is the 4th January 2017 and I have not received my order.</p> <p>after trying everything under the sun to get some service from you I have resorted to this site.</p> <p>i received an SMS over two weeks ago that the order is being delivered but it never arrived and no one bothered to give me an update as to why. Mr Delivery couriers says the order is a COD order and they cannot deliver until I do an EFT although I paid online via credit card and received a payment confirmation from takealot.com.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm frustrated and helpless, please refund my funds if you're unable to make a delivery I have called infinate times and none of your agents were helpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
