Appalling Customer Service

Takealot will get me to rather do in-store shopping than shop with them in future.

It seems service is just getting worse and worse.

1) Earlier defective order was collected. Returned exactly as it was originally without being replaced or any communication. NOTE no replacements. 2) Request on unshipped order to replace or cancel item on order just ignored and not being handled. It is now 3 days later. Order has been delivered already. 3) Order arriving with some of the contents damages??? Where is the quality assurance checks?? 4) There is no direct contact method with them like email address.

They are seriously needing someone to train them in customer services.
