Appalling customer service

Very appalling service. Ordered and paid for goods on 29 November to be delivered on3 December. When i went in to track my goods it now says 8 DECEMBER. I sent an email and no one responds but they send a reply to rate their service. Please send my goods or refund to avoid me taking further action
