Appalling customer service

Delivery date was supposed to be the 1st of December, made first contact the 5th to find out about delivery and what the issue is, was promised delivery that day, no show for the rest of the week, been phoning them and every time i get told the same thing, today i contacted them again, the 12th of December and they tell me half the parcel got lost?? half?? they will send me one item and the rest is on order again. They do not phone back and do not keep to their promises. Been dealing with them when it was still Kalahari, and since it changed to Takealot its been a steady decline in service and customer satisfaction.

If i could give a minus star that would suit them better!!
