APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎

Returned an item (24 Jan 2022) still under warranty that was rejected by warehouse due to incorrect usage, it's so easy to blame customers for poorly manufactured products. After a week of no feedback from Takealot at all, I called customer service & had to speak to 3 agents who were no help, couldn't even speak to a manager, what a waste of my time & money!
