<p>How do you expect people to carry on purchasing on your site if you have incompitent people writing your product descriptions? I bought an alarm clock based on the description which wasn't reviewed correctly by your team, and now instead of finding me a suitable replacement after logging an exchange TWICE you credit me instead? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic service from Takealot.</p>
