Appalling

In October 2024 I bought 2 tv's from Takealot, In January 2025 the 1 blew and caused it to look like it was cracked. I contacted Takealot and returned the tv explaining what had happened, they had a look at it and got back to me saying that I caused the damage. I responded to the email and explained once more what happened and that they would need to have a technician have a look and asset the tv as it was still under warranty. The response I received is that I would need to collect the tv within 30 days or they will right it off. I then on 3 other occassions asked for them to have a technician take a look and provide a report due to me advising that the tv blew. I again received a response that I caused the damage. I have mailed them twice thereafter and I am yet to still receive a response. I dont think Takealot even deserves a rating as this is not my first rodeo with them
