Appalling bad service and product knowledge

I bought ups from Takealot online last year and it's still under warranty. The ups stop working within 30 mins. When I received it I have to get my own power cable and an IEC plug to connect my items to. When I logged the return takealot collected and the item was pending due to I had to give my cables I bought to refund me. I did not get any cables with the ups. To make matters worse the customer service team states in their mail im must return a power cable and IEC cable if I bought my iec cable online with Takealot and the product description doesn't state about a power cable. How do you sell something if you don't even know your products?I sent proof of the cable I bought online with them and the proof online on my account of the product description. I will not accept my faulty product to be returned and will send this back. I need someone to read and look at the information infront of them properly before making the wrong decision. If you dont know your product how can you sell it? I won't sit back and be ****** out of my own items
