Appalling!!!

Appalling!!! Not even bad service, just no service. Our order was cancelled... due to an incorrect contact number (a number clearly made up), not being able to reach the buyer for delivery, where my husband is a frequent buyer, just a lazy courier not wanting to work over the festive season, now my daughter has no birthday gift!
