Appalled

I purchased a bike for my child.Product received with two broken fenders and steering mechanism. It was purchased as a gift and return refused by Takealot.

I was shocked to receive a product that would endanger my child's life. No engagement, no explanation, no exchange DESPITE A SO-CALLED 6 month warranty.

Takealot is great for little things apparently, but when I spend 30K on a bike as a regular customer I needed them to DO BETTER.

Won't be fooled again. I picked one star because zero is not an option.
