Appaling state of item packaging

Takealot just don't seem to care about the condition of the item packaging in which items arrive. I have often had to complain about this and still they are not making an effort to be better in this regard. If you are planning on buying something as a gift for someone, rather take the time to go to the shops and be assured that the packaging won't look like it has been to hell an back!
