Apaling serice

The service from Takealot is simply apaling. I ordered 2 batteries (2/12/2021) for my inverter, when the courier delivered the batteries they were transported incorrectly, they were turned over. On the box it even states, "DO NOT TURN OVER" in big red letters. I rejected the delivery and sent it back with the courier. I contacted the customer centre at Takeaolt to request a refund. Now all of a sudden they want to come and collect the batteries which I do not have. I have contacted them numerous times to explain the situation, that there are no batteries to collect as the delivery was rejected. Everytime they promise to get back to me after they speak to a manager and do not receive a phone call. The issue is still not resolved to date.
