Anti Consumer Friendly Takealot.com

My order arrived at the Malmesbury Pickup point this morning (10-11-2020). I live in Malmesbury and found out this morning (10-11-2020) that Takealot has a pickup point in my hometown. I asked Takealot if I can rather go fetch it today (10-11-2020) rather than wait till tomorrow (11-11-2020) for it to be delivered. Their answer is, no it is impossible. I call hogwash but then again maybe I should move my shopping to loot instead... Just writing this review to show others how anti consumer Takealot really is...
