Another return

Takealot for years had great products and fantastic service. That has changed. You order, wait, then items arrive.... are bad quality or not as described or my favorite.....someone else's return. If you going to supply returned items at least make sure the box is wrapped. Takealot since December, dealing with your online is just no good. The item received today is scratched, not properly wrapped, box not sealed and the components in fact not in the plastic bags. Today orders needed went to Loot. Funny they were cheaper and the orders sent to me so far are quality and have not had to be returned.
