Another reason to use TAKEALOT.com

I had ordered a set of earrings from TAKEALOT.com but wasn't too happy with the quality of the product once delivered. I processed a return ( Hassle- free ) but got the amount credited to my account instead of a refund. I called customer care and spoke to Jamie-Leigh Hoffman in the returns department. She was super friendly and professional over the phone. Jamie-Leigh took a whole 3 min to process the refund and solve my issue. It is rare to find such great customer care in SA so thought I would take the time to say thanks to both TAKEALOT.com as well as Jamie-Leigh for the good experience.
