Another lost customer
I had shopped with Kalahari previously and was generally quite happy, and to be frank, was not please at all with the merger, however, I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt...<br> I purchase a large amount of games and the balance that is currently due for pre-order, which is a couple of thousand before December, will be cancelled. Your delivery is poor, you send xbox one DLC codes for PS4 games, when I query it you send another one that is the same, even though I explained the difference between XBONE and PS4 codes, then I checked today, shopping in stores is now cheaper. So, with not getting games on launch day, with wrong DLC codes and then charging the same, if not more than in the store, seems I would rather be doing it that way since there is not a single redeeming factor to your service, but I'm glad you won the ecommerce award...says something about shopping online in South Africa....
