Another day waiting - no delivery AGAIN....

<p>I placed an order on the 13th Dec, its now the 20th...still no delivery.</p> <p>On tracking my order on their website it says "5 unsuccesful delivery attempts" and that they gave me a call to schedule delivery....how can this be when i have been home at each and every "supposed delivery attempt" and there is no record of a phonecall?</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to this i am still waiting on a cancelled order refund from the 12th Dec...after they had sent an email saying that it had been refunded....</p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointing service....no contact numbers to *** no response...have to sit and wait at home for my childs christmas present....ruining a holiday...</p>
