Another big error.

This is the second time that I have an issue with Takealot now. I ordered a battery from them and paid immediately when I placed my order. This morning I received an email stating that they are awaiting my payment???? Another company with broken systems. I sent you the payment confirmation that you sent me as well as a proof of payment from my bank.

Please send my order or refund my money. I really do not have the strength for this incompetence now. I will however not buy from you again. I cannot stand incompetence.
