Another BAD experience with Takealot!!!!!!!!!!!

This pathetic company has no way of actually contacting them. Their app does not work properly and they feel it is okay to leave you with no method to contact them via email or telephone or via their app or any other platform for that matter. So I processed an order, paid a portion successfully with ebucks and now it has some unknown error in processing my card payment... Approved the transaction twice with my bank, according to their app process, yet same error. There is NOWHERE on their app to raise a complaint, contact details, contact forms or any way of escalating issues, they are happy taking your money, but completely unaccountable for service delivery or app failures.
